Camp 1 - Catskills NY - May 21st-23rd 2021
This camp will take place on the country roads of Sullivan County along the Delaware River. These quiet roads will have us weaving back and forth over the river between New York and Pennsylvania while getting those early season climbing legs back. The house is approximately a 2 hour drive from NYC and will be a 2 night/3 day camp.
Camp 2 - Lake Placid, NY - June 10th-13th 2021
Lake Placid is the endurance athletes ultimate playground. Home to the Lake Placid Ironman, Whiteface 100 MTB, Whiteface Sky Race and of course the 1980 Winter Olympics Miracle on Ice. This is the place where you drink your morning coffee on the porch and pick out a mountain peak to top and then decide if you should run it, hike it or bike it. Then in the afternoon after a swim in Mirror Lake we can talk about that mountain you climbed over a family style dinner. Lake Placid is about a 5 hours drive from NYC and will be a 3 night/3 day camp.
Camp 3 - Northern Vermont - July 15th-18th 2021
What could be better bikes, beer and maple syrup? How about tossing in some gorgeous wooded running trails and a quiet, boat fee lake for swimming. During the day we will enjoy the quiet country roads (or trails) as we conquer some of the toughest Mountain Gaps on the East Coast while refueling each night with the local farm fresh foods and beer that Vermont is legendary for. The house will be located in the Waitsfield/Stowe/Warren area about a 6 hours drive from NYC and will be a 3 night/3 day camp.
Camp 4 - The Berkshires - September 2021
In the 1600's The Berkshires came to represent the "free-thinkers" which makes it the perfect location for a group of endurance athletes who refuse to be labled as just runners, triathletes or cyclists. This 4 night/4 day camp will give you the opportunity to be the "free thinking" endurance athlete you are; go for a swim in the local lake, run through the woods or ride the country roads; explore where your body and mind wants to take you.
