The exclusive TruFit Solutions program is delivered as a 4 week block including 3 key workouts per week that are customized using your FTP. Each key workout can be performed on your own schedule or guided in real-time by Coach Brian Hammond on Tuesday & Thursdays 6:30-7:30 am and Sundays 9:00-11:00 am.
